Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management systems
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Follow established phone etiquette protocols to ensure clear and respectful communication
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share best practices

- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
