CCT Venues is an owner managed, private limited company, comprising of two venues in the City of London. CCT Venues Smithfield, operates as a boutique style venue with a variety of clients with CCT Venues Moorgate opening in September 2026.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead catering operations at CCT Venues Moorgate.
Reporting into the General Manager, this is an integral role in venue operations — responsible for the first-class delivery of catering services while contributing to the commercial success of the business within the F&B budget framework.
Working closely with the General Manager and Group Client Services Manager, you'll ensure every client's catering requirements are met to a consistently high standard, while continually reviewing provision to enhance quality and improve cost-effectiveness. You'll lead the food and beverage team day-to-day — from service delivery and stock control, to staff performance and training.

- Proven experience working in a high quality food and beverage environment. This is essential.
- Well presented, efficient and confident, with excellent client-facing skills.
- Good spoken English.
- Experience in the conference centre or hotel sector would be an advantage.
- Proven experience of staff supervision and management.
Remuneration and benefits:
- Salary £32,000 per annum.
- Discretionary bonus scheme based upon commercial results.
- Participation in the Company Pension Scheme (NEST).

- Three times salary Term Assurance, offered upon completion of probation.
- 22 days’ annual leave, rising annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days (usually at least 5 days to be taken in August), plus the statutory 8 bank holidays.
- A discretionary extra 3 days for Christmas closure, usually awarded annually company wide.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, full time, with shifts falling somewhere between 8am and 7pm depending on business needs. You may occasionally need to stay later for a client event, and very occasionally work a weekend — both of which are covered by time off in lieu or overtime.
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
