Max4Therm (UK) LTD are a small friendly independent company offering the design and supply of underfloor heating materials to both trade and retail customers, primarily through one of our online sales channels.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focussed Sales Administrator to join the company’s existing sales team.
The Role
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
- Generating new business and supporting sales targets
- Preparing quotations and following through to completion
- Assisting customers at the sales counter
- Supporting new product launches and promotions
- Following company security and health & safety procedures
- Support warehouse operations during periods of staff absence
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised and reliable, with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or admin experience preferred
Note : This is a full-time role, applicants seeking part-time work will not be considered.
Applicants should be aware that initially the role will be based at our Monmouth office, however, within the next 2-3 months the business will be re-locating to larger premises in Lydney.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
