As a Production Team Leader within the Engineered Systems – Inert Fill Line Department, you will lead a safe, efficient and high-performing production area. Reporting to the Special Hazards / Production Manager, you will ensure output, quality and delivery targets are met while managing resources and driving continuous improvement. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Plan staffing, rota, overtime and resource allocation
- Drive 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Run Tier 1 & 2 meetings and track performance via SIC boards
- Coach, support and review team members (Job Chats)
- Ensure compliance with EHS, site procedures and regulations
- Oversee equipment checks and front-line maintenance
- Maintain training plans and skills matrices
- Monitor quality, report defects and support investigations
- Work closely with Production Manager and Planning teams
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
Required
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production, safety and quality standards
- Leadership and team development experience
- Experience in planning and scheduling
- Strong communication and organisation skills
