The Role
As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, market analysis, and inventory management. Working closely with Sales Team, you will analyze business trends, identify revenue opportunities, and support the development of commercial strategies that drive market share and overall hotel performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys working with data, interpreting market trends, and influencing business decisions. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue across all market segments and distribution channels.
This is a full time, on site role, working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
Support pricing and inventory strategies across all market segments and distribution channels.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and provide business insights.
Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor performance to support decision-making.
Assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
Maintain revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy.
Participate in daily business review meetings and provide revenue recommendations.
Support group pricing decisions and evaluate business opportunities.
Track market trends and provide regular updates on competitor activity and industry developments.
Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, average rate, and overall hotel revenue.
Ensure revenue management practices are aligned with company standards and objectives.
