Duties
- Oversee daily operations across all regional sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery
- Lead, supervise, and develop regional teams to maximize productivity and engagement
- Implement operational policies and procedures aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate initiatives, share best practices, and support regional growth
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and introducing innovative solutions
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing multiple teams or locations effectively
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead through influence and inspire high performance

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
