Job Summary
We’re hiring Bar Staff / Bartenders to join our team across three vibrant Leicester venues:
- Fat Cat (Cocktail Bar / Nightclub)
- The Locker Room (Sports Bar)
- Club Republic (Nightclub)
Whether you’re experienced or brand new to bar work, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced environment. Full training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving drinks (including cocktails at Fat Cat)
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards behind the bar
- Handling payments and using tills/card machines
- Supporting the team during busy periods and large events
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work Saturday evenings (essential)
- Available for bank holidays and key event dates
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate + National Insurance number)
- Previous bar experience is preferred by not required.

Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
