Responsibilities of our Restaurant Team Members
We are looking for team members who have a fun, fresh and inspiring personality, to join our team across our Food & Beverage venues within the resort. The right applicant will ensure every guest has a memorable and unique experience and enjoys stand out hospitality.
Whether its weddings & events in our stunning suites, afternoon tea on the terrace, conference lunches, Breakfast in the ‘W’, creating cocktail masterpieces or Dinner in the famous Blue Smoke on the Bay, our team ensure it’s done in style, ensuring our guests keep returning year after year
Our Food & Beverage Venues include
- Winander - an exclusive bar & lounge for our VIPS
- 'W' - our main restaurant serving breakfast, dinners, banquets & Sunday lunch
- Blue Smoke on the Bay - Our famous open fire grills & afternoon tea with a twist

Desirables of our Restaurant Team Members
- Previous experience of exceptional guest service in a fast-paced luxury environment – but don’t worry! If you’ve got the will, we’ll teach you the skill
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros and On-line dinner booking system Res Diary, knowledge of cocktails
