Duties
- Perform customised beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and body treatments with precision and care
- Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring colour matching and application techniques meet client expectations
- Provide expert skincare advice tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure all equipment is properly sterilised and maintained for safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in makeup application and beauty therapy services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality treatments are consistently delivered
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when required
