Prime Property Checks delivers meticulous, reliable, and professional inventory and compliance services for landlords, agents, and property managers. We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a detail‑obsessed, organised, and confident Property Inventory Clerk to join our team.
The Role
As a self-employed Property Inventory Clerk, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our clients, producing accurate, high‑quality reports that protect landlords, support agents, and tenants ensuring all receive a fair, transparent experience.
You’ll be required to conduct / compile:
· Inventory & Schedule of Condition inspection
· Check-out inspections
· Mid-term inspections
· Safety and compliance checks (training provided)
· Photo and video evidence
· Clear, structured report writing using our digital tools
This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates clearly, and enjoys working independently while representing a trusted brand.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong attention to detail – you notice what others miss
· Excellent written communication
· Confident, professional manner with tenant, agents and landlords
· Ability to manage your own schedule and meet deadlines
· Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools
· Full UK driving licence and access to a car
· Minimum 1 year experience in property inspections is essential
· Access to your own smart phone / tablet and willing to use this as part of your role
· Willing to undergo background checks if successful in application
· AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) / ARLA Propertymark Inventory accredited applicants are essential
Location & Hours
· Work across Fife and surrounding areas
· Flexible hours with a mix of scheduled appointments and report writing
