Our reputable client, a leading automotive service centre with multiple sites across Southern England, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their Salisbury branch.
This role offers a competitive starting salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with performance-related bonus potential. The successful individual will benefit from excellent long-term career prospects within a well-established, family-run business.

- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am-4:00pm every other week)
Duties:
- Conduct MOT tests to Ministry of Transport standards
- Assist with vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance as required
- Support workshop operations ensuring compliance with quality standards as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
- Communicate effectively with customers and occasionally support front reception with enquiries
- Ensure high-quality workmanship within specified timeframes
- Maintain workshop safety and adhere to health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in vehicle maintenance
- MOT licence
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and unsupervised
