Retail Supervisor – Joules
Location: Kirkby Lonsdale
Terms: Full-time, Permanent (35–37.5 hrs/week)
Schedule: Tue–Sat, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5:30 PM in Summer)
Pay: £13.21/hr (Age 21+)

The Role
You will lead our Kirkby Lonsdale team by example, acting as a brand ambassador and product expert to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Duties:
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate staff to hit targets and deliver standout service.
- Store Operations: Act as keyholder, manage the EPOS system, and step in for the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily running.
- Stock & Visuals: Process deliveries, organize stockrooms, execute visual displays (using IG templates), and maintain immaculate shop floor standards.
