At Your IT, we're passionate about delivering exceptional IT solutions and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants to develop a career in sales and marketing within a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP).
About the Role
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many prospective and existing clients, supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Alongside supporting the sales function, you'll also help coordinate marketing activities, events and webinars, making this a varied and rewarding role.
What You'll Be DoingSales Support
- Answer inbound sales calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and qualify new opportunities.
- Arrange meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and manage routine pricing requests.
- Support the sales pipeline by following up with prospects.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues.
Client Support
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate goods in/goods out processes, including shipping equipment to and from clients.
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure clients receive a professional, responsive service at every stage.
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns.
- Help organise and coordinate events and webinars.
- Support promotional activities and wider marketing initiatives.
Administration
- Manage the shared Sales inbox and respond within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Act as the link between Sales and other internal departments.
- Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to use your own initiative.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Resilience, motivation and enthusiasm.
Experience within an IT or technology business would be advantageous but isn't essential—we're happy to invest in the right person.
