You'll provide end-to-end programme and project leadership to ensure transformation activity is delivered effectively, safely and in line with business objectives and employment legislation.
Alongside programme delivery responsibilities, you'll act as an internal consultant, using workforce, operational and financial data to generate insight, support organisation design decisions, assess commercial and employment risks, and inform business case development.
Working closely with People Directors, Senior People Business Partners, Finance, Employment Law and business leaders, you'll translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans, ensuring both the people and commercial aspects of change are fully considered.
The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of organisational change, employment law and workforce transformation.
