A leading national law firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality commercial property work while working alongside experienced lawyers on a diverse client portfolio.
You'll assist on acquisitions and disposals, leases, due diligence, title matters, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and a wide range of development transactions.
We're looking for someone with:
At least 1 year's experience in Real Estate or Property Law
A Law degree (or equivalent)
Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload
