Combined Head Supervisor – The Deli Lindley & The Deli Marsh
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Head Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of both The Deli Lindley and The Deli Marsh. This role requires someone who leads by example, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains consistently high standards across both sites.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build genuine rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to prepare and cook a wide range of café-style food to a consistently high standard, including breakfasts, sandwiches, paninis, toasties, jacket potatoes, salads, light lunches, and daily specials.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as travel between both sites is required.
- Hold a minimum Level 2 Food Safety qualification (Level 3 is preferred).
- Have previous supervisory or management experience within a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Be organised, reliable, and capable of managing a busy service while leading a team effectively.
- Be confident in stock control, ordering, food safety compliance, cash handling, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
- Be flexible to work across both locations, including weekends when required.
