Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Servers and bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and uphold the highest standards in our American-style sports restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Process payments using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
- Clear and reset tables between guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
