We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and welcoming primary school in Ealing that is seeking an experienced School Office Manager to join their team from September.
This is a full-time opportunity, ideal for an organised, proactive, and experienced school administrator looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
As the School Office Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the school's administrative functions, leading the office team and acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, visitors, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the busy school office.
- Manage and support the administrative team.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external professionals.
- Manage attendance, admissions, pupil records, and general school administration.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policies.
- Maintain efficient office systems and contribute to the smooth running of the school.
About You
- Previous experience working as a School Office Manager or in a senior school administration role.
- Experience within a primary school setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of school management systems such as Arbor, SIMS, or Bromcom.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude with the ability to work effectively in a busy school environment.
