Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Designer to join our team.
You will work directly with the client, architect and your colleagues to guide the furniture selection process from a technical perspective and work with manufacturers to implement the desired solution.
You will create and coordinate furniture layouts. schematics, presentations, boards and other supporting documents.
A keen interest and knowledge of sustainability standards. AV integration and a creative approach to problem solving is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Design skills, including proficiency with CAD & Revit software is essential
- Knowledge of architecture and design principles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Technical Design, Architecture, or experience in a related field.
- Experience with furniture design and production is a plus
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
