We are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for our client in Livingston.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 (HGV) Driver to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining full compliance with road transport regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.

Complete scheduled deliveries and collections efficiently and on time.

Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.

Assisting with offloading of goods.

Secure loads correctly and ensure safe transportation.

Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.

Comply with all DVSA regulations, Working Time Directive, and drivers' hours legislation.

Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and road safety.

Communicate effectively with transport planners, customers, and depot staff.
Essential Requirements

Valid UK Class 1 driving licence.

Excellent driving record
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
