We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and external agencies. This is a Key Role within the practice, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment ,while maintaining the highest standards.
This will be a Multi skilled role and whilst primarily your Job will be a patient advisor you will have training on other admin roles within the Surgery.

Main duties, tasks & skills required
Greeting and Welcoming Patients, Providing a friendly, professional first point of contact for all patients, visitors, and staff.
Handling Patient Queries, answering calls, emails and in person queries in a timely and professional manner.
Patients Registration and Data Entry, Register and update existing patients records and ensure all details are correctly recorded. Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations ( e.g GDPR)
Supporting all teams within the practice regarding patients needs.
Being able to respond to urgent medical situations , whilst remaining calm and professional
Maintaining a calm and professional demeanour , handling patient complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally , seeking assistance from senior team if needed
To support All non clinical teams within the practice with support that they may need, making this a multi skilled role
