Part-Time Patient Coordinator (Afternoon Team)
We are a busy, friendly GP Practice based in the Ealing/Acton area, committed to providing high-quality NHS healthcare services to our local community.
We are looking to recruit a new Patient Coordinator to join our afternoon team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal communication, strong IT literacy, and a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy working with the public both face-to-face and over the telephone, always providing a courteous and efficient service to patients and colleagues alike.
Previous experience working in a GP Practice is desirable, particularly if you have experience using SystmOne clinical software, although this is not essential for the right candidate.
Working Hours
This is a part-time, permanent position.
Hours: 26.75 hours per week
Working pattern:
- Monday to Wednesday and Friday : 1:30 pm – 6:45 pm
- Thursday: 1:00 pm – 6:45 pm
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: £14.20 per hour
- £14.80 per hour upon successful completion of the probation period

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the practice or plan to relocate before starting employment.
Our practice is conveniently located close to Acton Town Underground Station (District and Piccadilly Lines, Zone 3). We also offer free on-site parking for staff who choose to drive.
