Children's Residential Support Worker (qualified)
Location: Hereford
Salary: £29,000 per annum
(incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month)
Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m)

The Role:
Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children’s Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same—expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.
If you have never worked with young people in a residential setting or are looking for a career change where no qualifications are required then please apply as we will support you to gain your Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma!
You Will:
- Have a passion to work with children.
- Provide support, stability, and fun!
- Be resilient and ready to handle challenges.
- Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays).
- Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided
Experience required for our Qualified role:
- 1+ year in residential care or working with challenging behaviours.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent).
