Support Cleaner
Diamond Bright Group Ltd are seeking a reliable and hardworking Support Cleaner to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will report directly to the Cleaning Manager and will be responsible for supporting our production cleaning teams across various sites throughout the Midlands region.
The role will primarily involve attending sites where works have already been completed to carry out snagging, rectification cleaning and final presentation works. This includes addressing any areas that require improvement, completing unfinished tasks and ensuring our high standards are maintained before client handover.
The successful candidate may also be required to assist other cleaning teams when workloads are high or additional support is needed to complete projects on programme.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect company vehicle from the office each morning.
- Attend allocated sites as directed by the Cleaning Manager.
- Carry out rectification and snagging cleans following production team visits.
- Complete any outstanding cleaning tasks identified by management or clients.
- Ensure all works are completed to Diamond Bright Group standards.
- Assist site teams when additional labour is required.
- Report any issues, defects or concerns to the Cleaning Manager.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment and materials in a clean and tidy condition.
- Return company vehicle and equipment to the office at the end of each working day.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 8-hour working day
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Flexible approach to working across multiple sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
