Group Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Work Pattern: Office & Site Based (No Hybrid Working)

As our businesses continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and creative Group Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing across the group.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on creativity and wants to make a real commercial impact.
This is not a role where you'll simply schedule social media posts.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our brands, increasing customer engagement, supporting recruitment, improving our online presence and helping drive enquiries across multiple businesses.
No two days will ever be the same.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering marketing campaigns across our group of businesses.
You'll work across both our renewable energy and hospitality brands, producing engaging content that generates enquiries, increases customer engagement and strengthens our reputation.
You'll be encouraged to bring new ideas, challenge the norm and continually improve how we promote our businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Professional photography.
- Videography.
- Editing engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Customer interviews and testimonial videos.
- Project and installation videos.
- Food, drink and venue photography.
- Behind-the-scenes content.
- Recruitment videos.
- Educational and informative content.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Drone footage (desirable but not essential).
Social Media Management
Managing multiple social media platforms including:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning content calendars.
- Daily content creation and publishing.
- Community engagement.
- Growing followers organically.
- Monitoring performance.
- Producing monthly performance reports.
- Identifying new content opportunities.
Hospitality Marketing
You'll support our hospitality businesses by:
- Producing high-quality food, drink and venue photography.
- Filming promotional content and events.
- Creating engaging social media campaigns.
- Managing customer mailing lists.
- Producing monthly email newsletters using Mailchimp or a similar platform.
- Promoting seasonal offers, events and special occasions.
- Creating customer loyalty campaigns.
- Managing Google Business Profiles.
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews.
- Helping to launch and promote new hospitality concepts.
Renewable Energy & Electrical Marketing
You'll support our renewable energy and electrical businesses by:
- Filming installations and completed projects.
- Producing customer testimonial videos.
- Creating educational content.
- Developing website content and blogs.
- Creating case studies.
- Producing recruitment marketing.
- Designing customer-facing documentation and brochures.
- Managing Google Business Profiles.
- Encouraging and responding to customer reviews.
- Producing informative videos that support customers throughout their journey.
Brand Management
You'll help maintain a consistent and professional brand across every business by:
- Creating branded marketing materials.
- Designing digital graphics.
- Producing printed literature.
- Supporting website updates.
- Maintaining brand consistency.
- Helping improve customer communications.
- Ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the high standards of our businesses.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Your own reliable vehicle.
- The ability to travel independently to our Cambridge office once or twice each week, as well as regularly visiting our hospitality venues and customer sites in and around Stevenage.
- Experience creating high-quality photo and video content.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent video editing skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
Desirable Skills
Experience using any of the following would be advantageous:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- CapCut
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Business Profile
- Google Analytics
- WordPress or similar CMS
- ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools
- Drone photography and videography
