West Byfleet Area | Full Time | £40,000 DOETempdent are recruiting on behalf of a busy mixed NHS and private dental practice for an experienced Dental Practice Manager.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a well-established 4-surgery practice, leading a team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and an outstanding patient experience.The RoleAs Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the practice, ensuring compliance, team performance, efficient diary management and excellent service standards across both clinical and reception functions.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice
- Support and lead both clinical and non-clinical team members
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding and appraisals
- Ensure the practice maintains CQC and regulatory compliance standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and support business objectives
- Optimise appointment books and diary utilisation
- Manage reception and front-of-house operations
- Support financial performance and administrative processes
- Handle patient queries and help maintain excellent patient satisfaction
- Promote a positive, professional and supportive working environment

Hours
- Full-time, 42 hours per week
- Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
- Working hours between 7:15am/8:15am and 5:15pm
Salary£40,000 per annum DOERequirements
- Previous dental practice management experience preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good understanding of compliance and practice operations
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- UK Right to Work
