We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries across various locations. The driver will cover North West London including areas like Ealing & Brent.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including flatbed lorries, to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams.
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules or delays.
- Assist with clearing sites/void properties
- Uphold high standards of customer service by representing the company professionally during all interactions.
- Taking materials to other sites & clearing any waste
- Open to Labouring where required but main role will be Driving
Qualifications
- Experience of driving tipper with flat bed
- Experience of driving vans
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic vehicle maintenance is desirable.
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience driving flatbed lorries or similar specialised vehicles is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and navigate routes confidently.

Pay: £12.21-£22.02 per hour
