Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Dental Nurse to join our friendly dental practice and help provide high-quality care to our patients. The role is part-time, with working days and hours to be agreed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery for patient treatment
- Provide chairside support to the dentist during examinations and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and notes
- Sterilise and prepare dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Manage stock control of dental materials and supplies
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- IT skills for maintaining digital patient records
