Chilmington Green School is a co-educational, non-selective Secondary school which opened in September 2023. It will grow to become a 6-form entry school with a sixth form of 240 pupils. The school will build on United Learning’s successful track record locally and nationally, providing an excellent secondary education for local children. The Role
We are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the team in contributing to and supporting staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum to our students. The successful candidate will join the school in September 2026 and will join a small team of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to shape and grow with the school throughout its formative years.
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in supporting teaching staff with teaching and learning activities.
- Experience in planning and delivering learning activities with individuals, groups and classes to support all students to access the full curriculum
- Drive and determination to ensure that Chilmington Green School is successfully established with high expectations from the very start.
- Dedication to their own professional development.
