We are now recruiting for a Service Technician to join our unique fast growing business in Runcorn. We are a company with several subsidiaries across Europe and the US with our Headquarters in Pamplona Northern Spain.
The Role
As a Focke Meler Service Technician you would be expected to attend our Runcorn location when not onsite for pre-planned maintenance, emergency breakdown cover, installations, and repairs throughout the UK and Ireland.
A Focke Meler Technician will also be looking for upgrade and improvement oppotunities when visiting our customer which in turn works towards a quarterly bonus scheme.
All training will be given on our machinery as this is a niche market. Hot Melt equipment knowledge is an added bonus for any applicant.
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00, occasional overnight and weekend work will be required
The Candidate
The right Service Technician must have the following:
- Happy to travel as a Service Technician throughout the UK and Ireland
- Be available to work overtime, evenings and weekends when required occasionally
- Ability to carry out Pre-planned and reactive maintenance
- Previous experience as Service Technician preferred not essential
- Service Technician can be electrically or mechanically Bias
- Full clean UK driving license
- Able to visit our HQ for training and meetings when required
- A confident and positive attitude
- Sales from service experience a big added value
