Kite Packaging have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their new division, based out of any of our central sites across the UK.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineered products / solution and project management, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring all project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Support the engineering team with administrative tasks and project logistics
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the packaging or distribution industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
