We’re looking for a talented, passionate and genuinely interested Skin Therapist to join our team at Glowing by Leah.
Our clinic has grown massively, and we’re at the point where we need another amazing therapist to help us look after our existing patients and continue growing our skin offering.
With plenty of gorgeous patients and the hours waiting for the right person, we need someone that fits in with the team and carries the same ethos.
This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who already has a strong foundation in skin and wants to develop their knowledge, learn new techniques, work with exciting treatments and technologies, and progress within the industry.
Most importantly, you won’t be expected to arrive with your own client base. We have a busy clinic, an established patient base and 3–4 days of work available for the right person.

Glowing by Leah is a busy, modern aesthetics, skin and wellbeing clinic based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
We’re passionate about giving our patients an amazing experience, but we’re equally passionate about doing things properly. For us, great skin treatments aren't about following the same facial protocol for everybody, they're about understanding the skin, understanding the patient and knowing why you're recommending a treatment.
We want somebody who shares that mindset.
What you'll be walking into
o 3–4 days available with the opportunity for busy, fully booked clinic days
o An existing patient base – you do not need to find all of your own clients

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in skin, someone who enjoys learning, wants to understand what is happening beneath the surface and loves putting together the right treatment journey for each individual patient.
You will be trained, confident and have experience in the following:
o Facials and advanced facial treatments
o Chemical peels
o Microneedling
o Skin consultations and treatment planning
o Skin anatomy and physiology
o Product and homecare recommendations
Laser experience would be a big advantage, although it isn't essential for the right person.
This will be to treat a number of skin concerns which you will be familiar and have knowledge with, such as:
o Acne and breakout management
o Ageing skin and rejuvenation
o Dermaplaning
o Hydration and glow-focused treatments
o Facial massage and lymphatic drainage
o Understanding ingredients and selecting products for different skin types and concerns
o Creating bespoke, results-driven skin programmes
We have high standards and will expect those standards to be maintained, with a keen eye for our client’s journey when in clinic, we never want treatments to feel like a conveyor belt. Every patient should feel listened to and looked after.
You don't need to know absolutely everything, but we want to make sure you are keen to learn. We want somebody who wants to become a genuine part of the clinic.
Qualifications
You'll need suitable professional training within beauty/skin therapy, ideally Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent skin qualifications, together with appropriate training and knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
