Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Train staff safety procedures, proper serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Develop innovative drink menus and promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers
- Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Organize promotions, events, and seasonal beverage offerings.
- Sales & Marketing for bar/ hotel
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy.
- Promote hotel services and special offers.
- Supervise daily hotel operations.
- Ensure all departments (front office, housekeeping, beverage, maintenance) work smoothly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff.
Skills
- Proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
- Hands-on experience with bar & hotel
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead with energy, motivate staff, and foster a positive team culture
- Strong understanding of beverage crafting, including barista experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments and with guests
Pay: £14.50 per hour
