Trainee Telesales Person
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Telesales Person to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in sales.
You will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing customers over the telephone, understanding their needs, promoting our products or services, and helping to generate new business. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Explain and promote our products and services.
- Respond confidently and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with potential customers.
- Record customer information and sales activity accurately.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques through training.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work as part of a supportive and target-driven sales team.
About You

Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
