Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of a vehicle fleet. You’ll coordinate vehicle schedules, maintenance, inspections, documentation, and driver requirements while helping ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and available for operational needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport, fleet administration, or operations who enjoys coordinating people, vehicles, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and MOT schedules.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, vehicle documentation, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
- Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate vehicle allocation according to operational requirements.
- Liaise with drivers, garages, suppliers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve fleet-related issues.
- Monitor vehicle compliance, licences, inspections, and safety requirements.
- Prepare fleet reports and identify opportunities to improve vehicle utilisation, reliability, and operating costs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet, transport, logistics, vehicle administration, or a similar coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, and transport documentation.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and fleet management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Practical, proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: £2,500.00-£3,250.00 per month
