Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm. Overtime inc. weekends as required.

Boston Crop Sprayers Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Agricultural Crop Sprayer Engineer / Fitter to join our small team based in Wisbech.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced agricultural engineer or mechanically minded person looking to develop their career within the agricultural machinery sector. Alternatively, the role may suit an ex sprayer-operator with knowledge of engineering, looking to diversify their skills and job-role.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair and maintain agricultural crop sprayers.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Prepare new and used machines for sale and customer delivery.
- Carry out workshop and on-site repairs as required.
- Supervise the stores department and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Manage parts inventory and order stock as required.
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Generate and follow up sales leads for parts, servicing and equipment.
- Ensure a clean, organised and safe working environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working on agricultural machinery, crop sprayers or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Good organisational and stock management abilities.
- Competent I.T ability to operate in-house software and general computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
