Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Journeys: Guide buyers seamlessly from initial enquiry and test drives to final handover.
- Drive Sales Revenue: Negotiate high-value deals to meet and exceed realistic monthly targets.
- Upsell Auxiliary Products: Offer tailored finance packages (PCP/HP), Dealer Guarantee’s , Ceramic Coating and other options.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect new clients, follow up on digital leads, and utilize our database.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven car sales experience is essential.
- High-Value Sales Focus: Experience within prestige, supercar, or luxury automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a clean, full UK driving licence.
- Core Strengths: High energy, absolute integrity, exceptional communication, and professional rapport-building skills.
