We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Night Care Assistants to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their Nightly needs, ensuring they maintain dignity, independence, and a high quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Supporting with mobility and transfers Helping with meals and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support Maintaining accurate care records Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a positive attitude Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided) Willingness to complete relevant training and qualifications
