JOB VACANCY - PLUMBING MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
At Shannon Site Solutions Ltd we are looking for an experienced PLUMBING MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE who will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality maintenance services and reactive works to a range of clients throughout Northern Ireland.
Tasks:
- PPMs – Temp checks, L8 checks etc
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
- Carry out other tasks as necessary eg: painting, minor works while on site
- Manage workload and use own initiative on a range of planned and reactive calls
Essential Criteria:
- Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Practical skills to repair, maintain, or fix a variety of assets
- Knowledge of building and construction
- IT – Microsoft excel, SAP reports & emailing
- Ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner,
- Flexibility around normal working hours to meet client needs, which may include night shifts and weekend working
- Full clean driving licence
- Valid CSR card
Desirable:
Asbestos awareness, IPAF card.
Van, Fuel card & all IT provided
