We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in King's Lynn.
Location: King's Lynn
Hours: 45 hours per week

As a Field Performance Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our field teams across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to provide managerial support that enables efficient and effective operational delivery, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure activities are undertaken with a customer focus, delivered efficiently, and in full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in delivering exceptional operational performance. Your day to day will include:
- Monitoring, measuring and improving productivity, performance and quality of field teams
- Managing direct reports and ensuring compliance with company policies, including active involvement in performance management and development
- Mentoring and coaching teams, managing employee training and ensuring people are developed to fulfil their potential
- Maximising the organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
- Promoting a positive health & safety culture, completing audits and ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant legislation

This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
- You hold a NRSWA ticket
- You have good IT and communication skills, with experience managing a varied team
- You hold a Full driving licence
- You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach, enjoying working closely with clients and stakeholders to reach innovative solutions
