Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations, with a focus on anatomy knowledge and patient care.
- Assist in diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and managing ongoing patient care across various specialties such as hospice care, senior care, and home care.
- Administer medications, perform medical imaging procedures when necessary, and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Support clinical research initiatives by collecting data, following protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on health management, medication administration, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient services in nursing homes, hospices, or community health settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Physician Assistant license or certification from an accredited program.
- Proven experience in clinical research, ICU settings, or hospice care is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration protocols, and patient care procedures.
- Experience working with elderly populations or in senior care environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in diagnosis.
- Background in public health initiatives or home care services enhances your candidacy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively and work collaboratively within healthcare teams.
