D&S Swim School is a growing swim school and we are looking for passionate, friendly, reliable and enthusiastic qualified level 1 and 2 teachers, to join our team. We offer small group lessons and private 121 / 122 lessons, we believe that keeping groups small benefits the swimmers. We have a great team with lots of opportunities to develop and progress.

Requirements
- Swim England or STA Level 1 or 2 swimming/coaching qualification
- National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC) qualification or lifesaving qualification is beneficial (not essential)
- Clean Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check - for successful applicants who not do not have a DBS, we can help to arrange this
- Confident with all aspects of teaching: nervous, additional needs, complete beginners and technique work
Responsibilities
- Deliver/assist group lessons of upto 4 children in all other classes and private 121 / 122 lessons
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to
- Committed, passionate, loyal and must have the ability to create a good rapport with parents / carers and children
- Must be able to identify children’s levels of ability and adapt activities and lessons as required
- Run sessions effectively and efficiently, setting up and maintaining equipment and adhering to D&S Swim School safeguarding policy
- Provide feedback on swimmers when required

- Mondayand Wednesday 4.45-7pm
- Fridays 4.45-6.45pm
- Sundays 12.00pm-2.45pm
Salary: £15.00-£28.00 per hour
