We are looking to recruit a hard-working, reliable and highly-motivated individual to join our team as a SUBWAY® Store Supervisor.
A Supervisor is an important part of the team and they support the Store Manager to lead the team from the front and ensure that every customer is given the complete SUBWAY® experience.
As a Supervisor you will:
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Be involved with training and recruitment
- Practise inventory control standards
- Perform paperwork duties as needed
- Support the Manager in the daily operation of the store
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience in a restaurant setting/catering at supervisory level
- Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Flexibility with work schedules (shifts include evenings & weekends)
