What you'll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the resolution of more complex customer cases when required.
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide guidance and assistance to colleagues when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are consistently followed.
- Contribute to achieving team performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and system navigation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, administration, or office environments is beneficial.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Full training on company systems and processes is provided.
