Pioneer Trading (Essex) Limited is a family run business that has been established for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation for supplying high quality UPVC and Aluminium window and doors to the trade throughout the South East of England.
We are ideally looking for someone experienced in our industry, however are willing to speak to candidates from outside our industry with appropriate experiance who can own the operations KPI's, identify opportunities & drive improvement through the plant
This is a full time/permanent position Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.30pm based near Chelmsford in an idyllic rural location. We offer free parking, workwear, paid holiday and a pension scheme.
This role will attract an experienced, dynamic, hands on manager who has a desire to make a difference and grow within the company. The opportunities are only limited by the individuals desire and ability.
The salary depended on experience.
THE ROLE:
- Overall responsibility for the day to day manufacturing facility
- Productivity & efficiency targets are being met
- Product quality is kept to the highest standard
- Site Health & Safety
- Vehicles are loaded and jobs go out OTIF
- Recruitment and development of shop floor operatives
To secure this opportunity, you must:
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the uPVC window industry in a similar role.
- Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Be a team player, that can also work on their own initiative.
- Have a can do/positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
