Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our sites and ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean washrooms, kitchens, offices, communal areas, and other designated spaces
- Replenish cleaning supplies and hygiene products as required
- Safely use cleaning equipment and materials in line with company procedures
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within allocated timeframes
- Travel between sites where required
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Must hold a full valid driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace
