37 hours per week, term-time only

We require two Inclusion Support Assistants to join our Pastoral Team. Each ISA will work under the direction of a Pastoral Year Leader in supporting student’s wellbeing and conduct in their year group. The successful applicants will have experience of working with young people and their families, be able to de escalate situations and have the ability to communicate effectively with parents / carers.
This is a fast paced job in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a natural empathy and warmth towards young people, whilst being able to remain authoritative and consistent with school policy and procedures.
