Overview
Warwick Pharmacy is a well-established community pharmacy in Victoria, London, with a loyal patient base and a supportive, experienced team. We're looking for a regular Community Pharmacist to join us four days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off. Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and clinically check prescriptions on our Titan or Proscript PMR
- Deliver the full range of NHS and private services the pharmacy offers, including Pharmacy First, NMS, DMS, Covid & flu, EHC, blood pressure checks, full travel clinic and private weight loss management
- Confident recommending and actively promoting these services to patients and the local Victoria community as part of everyday consultations
- Willing and able to be trained in additional services (e.g. phlebotomy, cryopen and further private services) as the pharmacy grows its clinical offering — full training and ongoing support provided
- Provide personalised medication counselling, medication reviews, and lifestyle support for long-term conditions. Confident on the OTC counter with strong product knowledge in vitamins and supplements — Warwick Pharmacy has a productive counter and you'll be expected to maintain and grow it as part of the day-to-day role.
- Maintain GPhC standards, accurate records and SOP compliance
- Support day-to-day dispensary workflow and stock control
- Build trusted relationships with patients, GPs and the local Victoria community
Qualifications
- GPhC-registered pharmacist (essential)
- Confident user of Titan and/or Proscript PMR systems (essential)
- Previous community pharmacy experience (independent or small-chain preferred)
- Comfortable delivering NHS Pharmacy First and core commissioned services
- Willing and able to be trained to carry out the full range of services the pharmacy offers, including private weight loss services, NHS commissioned services and any new private services introduced
- Comfortable actively recommending and promoting services to patients during consultations — this is a core part of the role, not an optional extra
- Reliable, professional team player with strong communication skills
- Available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
What we offer
- £45,000 – £50,000 pro rata depending on experience
- 4-day working week (Wed–Sat) with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off — long weekend, three-day break every week
