Overview
Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Commercial Cleaner in Bicester, working Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across brand new commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated commercial areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is stored correctly after use.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver consistent, reliable cleaning services every shift.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
