We're hiring a CNC Turner
This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in complex, multi-operational work. We are looking for an experienced Turner — confident with Fanuc controls and ideally with Live Tooling, Sub Spindle and Y-axis capability — who wants to develop their skills in a high-quality precision environment, not just repeat the same operation all day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Programming, setting and operating Fanuc-controlled turning centres — Live Tooling, Sub Spindle, Y-axis
- Complex, multi-operational component production in small batches to tight tolerances
- Fixture design, machining process development, CMM inspection interpretation
- Offline programming and multi-machine operation
- Active contribution to process improvement and quality outcomes
What we're looking for
Strong Fanuc turning experience, ideally with live tooling and sub spindle capability, in a precision or regulated environment. Able to work with autonomy on complex parts. Beyond the technical skills, we look for tenacity, a growth mindset and someone who takes real ownership of quality.
